Quality and Service Policy

According to Quality Management System, ISO series 9000, our quality policy is "Towards being the best GSES with Quality, Safety and On-time Performance for the Customers' Highest Satisfaction". To manage the QM system, we had adopted ISO 9002 version 1994 since 1999, which was certified by RW TUV institute. In 2003, THAI GSE received an upgrade in service standards certification from ISO 9002:1994 to ISO 9001:2000.

Attainment of this recent ISO certification ensures that THAI GSE will be able to establish more efficient working procedures. Moreover, we can strictly monitor our quality and service by using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and customer satisfaction analysis. As a result, we can find the right solution through the origin of problem. Therefore, you can be assured that THAI GSES' QM System and service will be improved continuously.
