GROUND
SUPPORT EQUIPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Ground
Support Equipment Services Department
is one of THAI' business units
and has run its operations since
1960. Our responsibility is to
provide ground support equipment
services for aircraft servicing,
and loading equipment for passenger
baggage, cargo and mail. This
also includes passenger transportation
between terminals and aircraft,
cabin cleaning service as well
as equipment maintenance.
In GSES fleet, there are equipment
more than 800 units, cart and
dolly more than 1,500 units, and
unit load device or container
more than 8,000 units.
We are the first Ramp Handling
agent that can provide GSES to
both TG and Customer Airlines'
flights. On the first phase of
service, though the equipment
was not of high technology as
in present day, we were able to
maintain high standard of service.
We focus on the service improvement
in terms of personnel, ground
support equipment, quality of
service, and all aspects that
customers need in order to meet
their highest satisfaction.
Nowadays, GSES Department gains
reliability and trust from 67
Customer Airlines due to its service
standard and personnel ability.
Training courses are well prepared
and provided for all staff concerned
systematically so as to support
the need of both TG and Customer
Airlines. Brush-up courses are
also arranged continuously to
increase staff members' knowledge
and capability. This can strengthen
our competitiveness so that we
are consequently certified by
ISO9001: 2000.
